CNC Precision Machining Services

W e offer CNC precision machining services for machine assemblies, punching dies, and engineered parts. Our machine shop is equipped with CNC mills as well as CNC lathes to manufacture custom milled and turned components. Steel, stainless steel, bronze, and brass are some typical materials we handle.

SolidWorks 3-D CAD software is used to provide design assistance and fully engineered concepts. Besides product manufacturing, our CNC machining capabilities also enable us to offer machinery rebuilding and repair services to OEMs and other industrial customers. We use a Mazak CNC vertical mill, which features an X-axis travel of 40″, Y-axis travel of 20″, and Z-axis travel of 40″, to handle large components.

The rotary table of our Mazak CNC vertical milling machine facilitates rotation of workpieces along multiple axes. Our vertical and horizontal CNC milling capabilities enable us to manufacture simple and complex parts. Using manual or CNC lathes, we produce cylindrical components with tapered, contoured, and other custom shapes. E Tube & Wire contract machining capabilities also include grinding and drilling.
